Holiday Pastries & Panettone

RCN Imports, Inc. is pleased to sponsor this opportunity for you to learn from Master Chef Romain Dufour, in the beautiful Artisan Test Bakery at Revent Inc. in Somerset, New Jersey. This 2-day Masterclass begins with a short presentation and overview, then moving into the kitchen for demonstrations with hands-on opportunities making panettone and a variety of holiday pastries. There will be ample opportunities for Q&A. Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be provided both days of the Masterclass.

Day 1 – Tuesday, Oct. 7th, 9am – 6pm

This masterclass begins with Romain Dufour leading a short presentation and overview, then moving into the kitchen for demonstrations with hands-on opportunities making panettone and a variety of holiday pastries. He will demonstrate his recipes featuring the suite of Molino Pasini Pastry Flours, Crea Italian Chocolate, Pure Madagascar Vanilla, and Cesarin Italian Pastry products.

Day 2 – Wednesday, Oct. 8th, 6am – 4pm

Day 2 of the masterclass takes place entirely in the kitchen. The mixing of the Panettone dough begins at 6:00am, you do not want to miss the important step! Chef Dufour will continue demonstrations with more hands-on opportunities. You will be able to taste all of baked items and even take some to home on this day.

Booking: 

Pre-registration and payment for this event is $600 per person and limited to 12 participants, adults 18 and over only. Each participant receives book of recipes and product information. Event Location: 

Artisan Test Bakery at the offices of Revent Inc., 22 Roosevelt Avenue, Somerset, NJ. There is plenty of free parking available!

 The Artisan Test Bakery kitchen at Revent is not nut or gluten free. We will be doing hands-on mixing and baking with nuts, chocolates, flours, butter, eggs, dairy, sugar, and other products containing gluten. If you have an allergy to any of these, this class may not be for you. Thank you for understanding that we cannot accommodate menu substitutions in our class.
