Organic Italian Pearled Farro

The Organic Italian Pearled Farro has the outer bran removed through a very traditional, old-school process called polishing, hence the name Pearled. This process makes the grain easier to digest because it has less fiber, and quicker to prepare since it will not need to be soaked before cooking.

Organic Italian Pearled Farro is an excellent source of plant protein, is rich in a variety of important nutrients, and has all nine essential amino acids. Farro is a type of wheat, therefore it is not gluten-free.
