Chef Luca Donofrio will be in the Italian Pavilion area within Molino Pasini’s booth (#2901) making fresh pasta and Chef Alessandro will be making pizza each day of the show. If you haven’t tasted the difference Italian milled flour makes, you won’t want to miss this opportunity.
